Temping Services comprises of a comprehensive process involving Associate identification to deployment at the client location. Listed below are the standard activities, which will be discussed with the client and finalized as part of the SLA.
Temping
Co–employment relationship between the client, employee and Manage HR, Administration and regulatory compliances.
Recruit the employees as per the client’s specifications and assign them to the client’s workplace.
Contract duration: Short term, long term and part time assignments.
Option of Absorption on completion of the assignment.
